This is a command line program providing a small but useful hash table.

This has been developed for Unix based architectures. I found most kernels provided a global hash table of one form or another but I felt that it would be more useful to have more than one hash table available to users. Also this being a shell program it is easy to use in shell/CGI scripts. It is hoped in the future to develop a version for DOS. Here are some instructions.
