This is a command line utility providing a small but extreamely fast in memory hash table.
It has been used in CGI programs to cache results (or output) of frequently called queries.

A Tcl Package to deal with filelocking problems. When this was implemented Tcl didn't have
any semaphores. This uses OS semaphores to enable files to be locked hence reducing the chance
of data corruption.
